Yes we also had a surprisingly clear picture of the moon and specially with my camera I enjoyed it a lot and all the time. We do not stand out all the time, but jumped out of all ten to twenty minutes. He made a dramatic change, and even more impressive. Interesting post though.

Thanks

It is truly a great opportunity to see a lunar eclipse happening in the clear sky. I have always wanted to get the chance to view it so whenever there is an announcement of having an eclipse, be it solar or lunar, I will schedule it. Unfortunately, I still haven’t seen one because of the not so nice weather and sometimes I forgot about it until it’s too late. I feel bad about the picture taken because it doesn’t really show the eclipse itself. It could’ve caught the shadows cast by the earth on its surface. Or if there was a feature on the digital camera used to show the different stages of the eclipse. That would’ve been a great picture. On this note, I guess it really helps to have a good digital camera on hand, equipped with new batteries all the time because you may never know when you will have the chance to see it again.
