Hi Richard, please be aware that you don't need to register to post/comment on the forum and I am aware of the lack of emails. It's a host issue so there is nothing I can do about it currently.

As for the lack of drag-n-drop, I've replied your query on the forums and I'd rather keep it there for the benefit of other users.

And it would be nearly trivial to do as you suggest for the submission of links. Just add a textfield custom field to your form and then in your theme, change the link used in the display of the post title to the custom field value, lots of info on using custom fields on the Wordpress codex (wiki).

Sorry, but I'm having another problem with TDO Mini Forms that I'd really like to raise with you please. I've signed up to an account with Bluehost and am running WP2.5.1. I have TDO Mini Forms installed and configured. However, the drag and drop of widgets onto the default form field is not working. The widgets simply won't drag across. I've raised the issue with Bluehost and they've said I should raise it with the plugin author. I'd be immensely grateful for any help please. Your plugin is so fantastic that if I can't get it working on Bluehost I'm going to have to change to a hosting provider where I know TDO Mini Forms works.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards

By the way, I've tried to register again on the forum, but I get a message saying that the email couldn't be sent to my email account. Something about perhaps the host not granting the right mail permissions. Thought you might want to know. Cheers.

Hi Mark - Very sorry to comment here about TDO Mini Forms but for some reason I can't register with the forum. I'm really keen to know please whether you've any plans to develop a widget for TDO Mini Forms that would allow one to enter an external link for a new post; by that, I mean that the title of the post would link to an external page (i.e., any page of the user's choosing) rather than to a permalink for the post's page on WordPress. If this were possible (and I imagine it is through some custom fields or the like), then TDO Mini Forms could become a tool for link-sharing. Indeed, WordPress could be turned into a social-bookmarking tool. It would be great if such a widget could be optional, in the sense that users of a single form could choose either to post a regular post to the WordPress site, with the title of the post pointing/linking to the WordPress permalink/page, or if an external link were entered then the default permalink in the post title would automatically be replaced with the external link entered.

Would you please let me know whether you've any plans to build such a thing. If not, would you be open to considering some arrangement by which you could build it for me please?

Many thanks
