I got one in Smyths two weeks ago. But I prebooked it a week earlier. You could try in one of those Smyths stores, particularly on Friday as that’s when uncollected pre-orders are sold generally.

What day of the week did you go to Power City? One of the guys in here claims that if you go mid-week to many of the stores, they may have it as they normally get delieveries in on Wednesday. But by Saturday, the time I can get to the shop, they’ve already sold out! I’ll try Power City on the weekend if I get the chance.

Tried power city? Friend of my gf’s just walked into the one in Dun Laghoire and bought one. Most people wouldn’t think to go there I’d say.

The problem is… where the hell can I get one? I’ve dropped into Game/any store that might sell it, every time I’ve gone by and the answer is always “out of stock”.

You do need one. Just do it. I’ve had my kids, my mom, my sister, my friends, my friends kids, and my friends mom playing my Wii. If I didn’t take it personally I’d reckon they only invited me over for the Wii….
