TDOMF need some technical love… (other words a little help over here!)

It seems like more and more people are using my WordPress plugin TDO Mini Forms. This is *should* be great. Lots of feedback, encouragement, etc. But I’ve now hit two obstacles.

First, if you use the plugin on a windows-based server it doesn’t work (don’t know why). (link)

Two, Asian languages don’t seem to work too well with the plugin. (link)

How the fuck do I resolve theses?

I don’t have access to windows machine with a web server, PHP and SQL setup. I’m not even sure how you do this? Is there open-source web servers and SQL servers available for Windows? I’d appreciate it greatly if someone could point me in the right direction to set this up (or give me access)?

As for the language issues. I don’t even know where to begin. It’s a whole other area of web development I know nothing about. Again, could anyone give me some pointers

These bugs aren’t stuff I’ve introduced since I’ve first released the plugin. But the problem is, the more time I spend on solving bugs, the less time I spend implementing new features. Let alone that, my other (non-programming) project is now demanding my attention.
