I’ve just released a bug fix for TDO Mini Forms v0.10.4, get it in the usual places. v0.10.3 broke Custom Fields and also prevented the plugin from running on PHP4 hosts.
Also, sbruner (Steve Bruner) posted on the TDOMF forums that he has used the TDOMF plugin to create a rather nifty Contact Manager Theme for WordPress. It looks pretty damn cool. Well done!

I am sorry to post a comment here, but I can’t see your contact form.
Just a heads up. You forum seems to be broken right now.
Thanks. I knew the forum was down. My host did some maintenance and it didn’t work after that. I’m in the process of getting it fixed.
This plugin is really great! It works perfect, and is exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks a lot!
But… I think I’m not completely using the possibilities. I have added some textboxes on my form. How can I load the input that man types in this box, into my post? The ‘standard’ things like title and description are loaded perfect, but the added boxes are not.
Hope You can help me! I searched with Google but did not find a helpfull answer.
Thanks a lot!
Bas, there is an option in the Custom Fields to append the input from that Custom Field to the Post Content. All you need to do is enable the option. Look under the Form Widgets menu and open the configuration menu for that widget (click the top left icon on a widget).
Thank you, this works fine for text fields.
However, with select-type I experience a problem. If I write a post and select a ‘select-value’, and click the button preview, the value is shown in the preview. But when I clik ‘post’, the value will not be shown in the post.
Any idea how this is possible?
To make sure my problem is stated clear: I experience this problem with custom fields, in particular the ‘select’ type.
It seems to work for me on my test setup. Have you checked both boxes for the Custom Fields widget: “Include in Preview” and “Append Custom Field to Post Content”?
