I finally had a look at your Mortals.mmscp. I found a number of mistakes in it (tags not closed, misspellings, etc.) and after I fixed those I was able to open it. I couldn’t get the “Mortals.Notes” to work on the last page for some reason though.

You can download your corrected Mortals.mmscp here (right click and “save target as”).

I use XMLMind as an editor for the script files, which is free for personal use.

Right-click: save target as. Add the extension .mmscp.

Save in the “World of Darkness (2nd Edition Revised)” sub-folder of scripts.
