There seems to be a pretty critical/lethal bug when you delete a post with files uploaded by TDOMF on a Windows host. It’ll delete everything right up c: !
So please be careful if you’re on a windows host. I’ll try and make sure this bug is fixed for next release.

Thats quite strange. It should just work, however the next version does include a fix that might resolve this.

Ok thats great to know as i would really love to try using this plugin
any ETA as to when the update will be available?
For such a critical and severe type of error that could wipe your hard disk and all your sites and files, the plugin should have been taken down until the bug was fixed. A forum posting alone would not be sufficient as most people will not be checking here before installing.
It is also quite surprising that a WordPress plugin could have such privileges / permissions to modify and delete system files beyond the web root directory. I am assuming this was more likely related to an unconventional server setup and site configuration.
